These Website Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website operated by Orlando Bookkeeping & Business Services LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the website.
1. Website Purpose
This website provides general information about Orlando Bookkeeping & Business Services LLC and the bookkeeping, payroll management and administration, notary, and related business services we offer.
Website content is provided for general informational and marketing purposes only.
2. No Professional Relationship Created by Website Use
Visiting this website, submitting a contact form, sending an email, scheduling a consultation, participating in an introductory consultation, or otherwise communicating with us through the website does not by itself create a client, bookkeeping, accounting, payroll, notary, advisory, fiduciary, or other professional relationship.
A professional service relationship begins only after we agree to provide services and any required engagement letter, service agreement, authorization, or other onboarding documentation has been completed.
We reserve the right to accept or decline any prospective engagement.
3. No Legal, Tax, Investment, or CPA Advice
Information presented on this website or in our blog is general information and should not be relied upon as legal, tax, investment, financial-planning, or Certified Public Accountant advice.
You should consult an appropriately qualified attorney, CPA, tax professional, investment adviser, or other licensed professional concerning matters requiring those services.
4. CPA and Public Accounting Disclaimer
Orlando Bookkeeping & Business Services LLC is not a licensed Certified Public Accounting (CPA) firm and does not provide services requiring CPA firm licensure in the State of Florida. We do not perform financial statement audits, reviews, attestation engagements, or other services that require CPA licensure under Florida law.
References on this website to bookkeeping, accounting-related experience, financial reporting support, or accounting education should not be interpreted as a representation that Orlando Bookkeeping & Business Services LLC is a licensed CPA firm.
5. Bookkeeping Services
Descriptions of bookkeeping services on this website are provided for general informational purposes.
The exact nature, frequency, responsibilities, deliverables, fees, and limitations associated with a client's services will be determined through the applicable service or engagement agreement.
Clients remain responsible for providing timely, complete, and accurate records and information necessary for the services being performed.
6. Payroll Management and Administration
Payroll management and administration services may be performed using third-party payroll platforms such as QuickBooks Payroll, Gusto, ADP, or other providers.
Payroll funds, tax payments, direct deposits, and applicable payroll tax filings may be processed through the client's designated payroll platform and bank account.
The client remains the employer and responsible party for its payroll and employment tax obligations unless otherwise expressly required by applicable law or stated in a separate written service agreement.
Our website descriptions do not constitute a guarantee regarding payroll processing, tax filing, platform availability, or third-party performance.
7. Notary Services
Notary Public services are provided subject to applicable Florida law and the requirements governing the requested notarial act.
Notary services do not include legal advice, legal representation, or unauthorized document preparation.
A notarial act may require satisfactory identification, the personal or legally permitted remote appearance of the signer, appropriate documentation, and satisfaction of other applicable legal requirements.
We reserve the right to decline a requested notarial act when it cannot lawfully or appropriately be performed.
8. Consultations
We may offer a free initial consultation, including a 30-minute bookkeeping or payroll consultation.
The availability, duration, format, or continued availability of free consultations may change at any time.
A consultation is intended to discuss general business needs and determine whether our services may be appropriate.
Scheduling or participating in a consultation:
- Does not obligate us to accept an engagement
- Does not create a professional-client relationship
- Does not guarantee that any particular service will be offered
- Does not guarantee any particular business, accounting, tax, payroll, or financial result
Consultations may be conducted by telephone or through third-party video conferencing services such as Microsoft Teams.
9. Pricing and Service Packages
Prices, package descriptions, starting prices, service descriptions, and other information displayed on the website are provided for general informational purposes and may change without notice.
A price identified as “starting at” is not a guaranteed final price.
Final pricing may depend on factors including the scope of services, transaction volume, number of financial accounts, bookkeeping condition, accounts payable and accounts receivable activity, payroll headcount, payroll frequency, complexity, and other operational requirements.
Final services and pricing will be established separately before services begin.
Third-party software subscriptions, payroll platform fees, filing fees, banking fees, merchant fees, and other outside costs are separate unless expressly included in a written service agreement.
10. Accuracy of Website Information
We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate and current information.
However, laws, regulations, software platforms, tax rules, payroll requirements, prices, service offerings, and other information may change.
